It’s done! Aerials by AERO is now a fully ROC certified drone operator in The Netherlands! Flying near people 👪, (and over!) highways 🛣️, train tracks 🚉 & boats 🛥️ is all possible now. This goes with special exemptions for flying in civil & military CTR’s 🛫 and EVLOS, causing Cinematic FPV 🥽 flights to be completely legal now.   📕 The 187 pages counting Operations Manual is completely self written in English resulting in the entire knowledge of what is possible by Dutch law.   🎥 In need of cinematic aerial work for your upcoming project? Reach out!  Special thanks to inspectors of Dutch CAA @inspectielent (ILENT) Hannah van Klompenburg & Patrick Dell for the clear accompaniment in the process.  🔄 This year the CAA will convert the certificate to the new European legislation (2021 is a transition year) to the Specific Category.
